Welcome to Nigah-e-shooq. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Services. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and trustworthy shopping experience for every customer.

We specializes in made-to-order designer outfits, including stitched, bespoke, and unstitched fabrics. Each product is carefully crafted according to the order placed by the customer. Because of this personalized production process, all purchases are considered final once confirmed.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order based on product availability, pricing accuracy, or unforeseen circumstances. In case an order cannot be processed, customers will be informed accordingly.

Once an order is placed, it goes through processing and production stages. Customers will receive a confirmation email before dispatch, followed by a shipment notification with tracking details once the order is shipped.

The standard delivery timeline is 15 to 20 working days, depending on order type and delivery location. Delays may occur in rare situations due to courier services, seasonal workload, or external factors beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be kept informed.

Since all items are made-to-order, we do not offer cancellation once production has started. Cancellation requests are only accepted before processing begins.

Nigah-e-shooq retains the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of any changes made.
