About Product Care

This is basic care guidance to help your outfit stay beautiful and long-lasting. Proper care will keep the fabric, color, and embroidery in better condition for a longer time.

  • Water dipping for finishing:
Dark shade fabrics can be gently dipped in water for 10–15 minutes. Medium and light shades should not be soaked for more than 20 minutes. Avoid overnight soaking in all cases.

  • Washing method:
Prefer hand wash only for most fabrics. Use cold or lukewarm water (around 10–20°C) for safe washing.

  • Separate washing:
Always wash dark colors separately to avoid color mixing or bleeding.

  • No bleach:
Do not use bleach or strong chemicals as they can damage fabric and embroidery.

  • Drying instructions:
Do not dry fabric in direct sunlight. Dry it in shade to maintain color and texture.

  • Handling shrinkable fabric:
Do not fold or twist fabric harshly while it is wet, especially shrinkable materials.

  • Ironing care:
Use low heat ironing and avoid direct hot pressing on embroidery or delicate work.

  • Extra care tip:
For heavily embroidered or delicate outfits, dry cleaning is a safer option.

Following these simple steps will help your outfit stay fresh, elegant, and long-lasting.
